- Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Items must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers cover return/exchange delivery costs: 3 KWD in Kuwait, varies internationally.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible; personalized, on sale, and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Refunds/exchanges processed after store inspection.
Exclusions
- Jewelry, watches, glasses, wedding/event dresses, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
